At Honey Bear Homes, we offer a range of architectural design and drafting services, to homeowners and to architectural design firms and design and build firms. Nestled in Otatara, our services are available both locally and nationwide.

Our main focus is designing affordable new homes which are aesthetically pleasing and custom-designed to suit your needs, while being comfortable, durable, energy efficient and functional, with low maintenance requirements.

Our architectural drafting services are available on a contract basis, to architectural design firms and design and build firms who would like assistance with their workload.

We can also assist with designing light commercial buildings, and residential renovation projects.

Our lead designer has completed a New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology, and has an LBP Design 2 license, along with 7+ years of experience in completing architectural plans in NZ.
